Venue group The Studio has seen an 88% increase in event confirmations in the weeks following the Prime Minister announcing the Government’s roadmap for lockdown easing last month.
The company, which has venues across the UK, has said the increase in business comes on the back of the announcement coupled with work it has been doing to diversify its offer and increase flexibility though its Booking Guarantee, which is now being offered to clients.
Commercial Director Julian Kettleborough commented “We have been pleased to be open to support with critical training throughout this latest lockdown, however as enquiry levels grow and a return to regular events comes into view, the news of an increase in confirmed business signals the next step in a long-awaited recovery, which is exciting not just for us, but for the industry as a whole”
