The Occasionall Group are the team behind two event staffing agencies, Festivall Staff and Occasionall Staff – both offering a variety of event work all over the UK. While Festivall Staff offer work at festivals and festive events, Occasionall Staff focuses on conferences, concerts, sporting events, and more. Staff can opt to work for either agency, or both if they want lots of event work! Having just returned from BrickFest Live UK in Edinburgh, they have been busy with event work all over Scotland and this summer is no different.
In 2023, Festivall Staff offered work at The Great British Food Festival at Dalkieth Country Park in Edinburgh, the same venue as Let’s Rock Scotland in previous years. BrickFest Live UK launched earlier in 2024 with their convention at The Royal Highland Centre opening to a huge success.
Edinburgh is not the only part of Scotland they work in though, as Festivall Staff is offering work at Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival for the second year in a row this July near Inverness. The team loved working there last year and are so excited to return with a larger deployment. The team also frequents Murrayfield Stadium, where Occasionall Staff are offering work 7th – 9th June this year for one of the biggest tours in the UK – and the world. They are still recruiting for both of these shows and would love to hear from any aspiring event staff or music lovers.
Recently, they ran a networking series titled‘ The New Era Tour’ which kicked off at Edinburgh’s Summerhall. Later visiting Liverpool, Cardiff, and London, they demonstrated their ability to offer work in all corners of the UK, with the biggest demand seen in Scotland to date in 2024.
