Tech firms are lining up for a bigger reach on the ‘Launchpad’ stage at this year’s Event Tech Live expo in London.

Day one will see the platform feature demos from exhibitors in the room while day two, alongside slots for competition finalists to present to a judging panel – going for gold, silver and bronze ratings – there will be a series of ‘Start-up’ oriented sessions.

Dynamic Projection, Will Humans be replaced by technology? How to turn your visual content into a revenue stream, the evolution of event technology: then vs now, are among the topics on the Launchpad & Start-up Stage 2018 and speakers include: Tony Gill, Managing Director at Polestar Productions, Turned See CEO, Pauline Kwasniak, Karlis Skuja CEO at Botwiser and Yada Events’ Product Director and CMO, Mehram Sumray-Roots.

Adam Parry, Co-founder of Event Tech Live, comments: “As ever, Launchpad is a unique proposition. Built around start-ups with new solutions/accelerators for today’s market, it’s an opportunity to say, ‘This is who we are, this is what we do and this is why it’s good for your event in front of a receptive audience. Then the content for the second day is focused on the power, the value, of putting original thinking to work.

“In the face of all the bleak newspaper headlines, I’m pleased to say the future looks pretty rosy for event technology!”

The Launchpad is kindly sponsored by 52Eight3, EventIt, EventsBase, Event Industry News, Event Tech Lab and Visit by GES.
