Led by Managing Director Stuart Mitchell, Catch the MICE Limited is a representation consultancy, based in the UK, with a mission of connecting Event Professionals with the best MICE solutions in the world, whether that be virtual, hybrid or in-person.

Historically we have specialised in assisting hotels, venues and destinations gain global MICE business from UK and European buyers; however, during the pandemic, Catch the MICE also became the official strategic partners of two of the world’s leading virtual/hybrid platforms: Intelligo and Vii-Events, adding Event-Tech and Support-Services to our representation and operational repertoire. Not only do we provide business development support, but we also assist event bookers with hands-on support and advice with platform build, design and also event operations, helping them not only the source the right virtual solution, but finding the right technical partner to help them deliver the end event-result.

The pandemic helped us embrace a new and innovative sustainable way of operating. We continue to assist our clients with their business development needs, but also support our fellow event-organisers with outstanding service and customer care, as we all adapt to delivering events in different ways in this new post-covid environment.

We also have an exclusive #MICEClub, which provides professionals with industry networking, education and essentially peer support to ensure an independent view and assessment of what is trending within our sector.

Hotels/Venues/ Suppliers: The events-business landscape has changed beyond recognition, with business development teams often struggling to recruit. With sustainability at our heart, we assist hotels, venues and suppliers reconnect with event organisers. Our little black-book of event planners has been well maintained during covid, providing a cost-effective opportunity for long or short-term support for clients seeking to reconnect with Event Planners.
