The EVENTIT team are delighted to announce the launch of their Education Programme which is planned for week commencing 23rd August.

Over lockdown, the EVENTIT team have been busy running the EVENTSBASE Learning Programme – a series of webinars on topics ranging from audience engagement to the economic impact of wellbeing.

The team are delighted to be back to organising in-person talks and panel discussions, which will delve deep into topics explored in the webinars and branch out into new and exciting territory.

On the day (Friday 10 September 2021), at the EICC, the Education Programme will have three themed learning zones:

  • Sustainability – asking pressing questions such as: ‘How do we create a sustainable events sector?’, ‘What do sustainable events look like?’ and ‘How do we make sustainability a necessary luxury element within Scottish Incentives?’
  • Building Back Better – reimagining the future of events in light of the difficulties we all faced throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Event Technology – discussing critical topics such as embracing new technology and how Covid-19 is changing the role of event data.
