Live event technology provider Citizen Group has confirmed four new contract wins, marking its busiest year to date across its staff accreditation software, Eventree, and ticketing engine, Citizen Ticket.
Driven by increasing regulatory and safety demands across multi-venue operations, alongside a growing event management software market worth $18.6bn in 2026, event organisers worldwide are increasingly consolidating fragmented crew management workflows onto single-platform solutions.
Amongst these key client wins was the deployment across the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, where Eventree provided a central operational engine for workforce onboarding, site safety, and venue access control. The platform processed more than 1,300 accredited workers, crew members, contractors, and Games staff across 13 operational sites and competition arenas, including the OVO Hydro.

The 2026 season also marked the first year Eventree supported DF Concerts’ largest live music operations, managing thousands of staff, crew, contractors, and artists. At TRNSMT Festival on Glasgow Green, Eventree managed more than 4,200 workforce accreditations for an event welcoming up to 150,000 attendees over three days. For the Glasgow Summer Sessions, which attracts around 35,000 fans per concert, the platform processed nearly 5,000 staff, crew, and artists. Eventree is similarly supporting the nine-show Edinburgh Summer Sessions concert series, managing crew and artist logistics for internationally renowned acts including Florence + The Machine, The Cure, Deftones, Lorde, and The Prodigy.
Independent promoters have also expanded their reliance on the software with Rogue Productions utilising Eventree to manage workforce accreditation across Doof in the Park, which welcomed a sell-out crowd of 17,000, and Terminal V, which attracted approximately 40,000 electronic music fans. Across these two events, Eventree processed more than 2,500 staff, crew, contractors, and artists while delivering digital health and safety inductions to ensure teams were site-ready before arriving on location.
“Providing a single source of truth across multiple venues significantly reduces time spent at on-site check-in, accelerates onboarding, and mitigates site security risks,” noted Chris Hampson, Eventree Lead at Citizen Group. “As operational requirements can shift rapidly on event day, organisers can update permissions instantly in real time.”
In addition to accreditation, Citizen Group expanded its ticketing footprint with the addition of National Armed Forces Day onto the Citizen Ticket platform. Honouring the service of British Armed Forces personnel and drawing significant national public attendance, the event selected Citizen Ticket for public ticketing and access management, reflecting the platform’s expanding presence in large-scale civic and ceremonial occasions beyond the festival market.
Overall, 2026 has been Eventree’s busiest and most successful year to date, reflecting growing international demand for unified workforce management. The platform is now used by clients across the UK, Europe, the USA, and Australia, supporting major international sporting events, motor racing circuits, exclusive member events such as Soho House, independent festivals, and leading entertainment promoters including Festival Republic, Superstruct Entertainment, and Live Nation.
