Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival has announced Highland Hospice as its official charity partner for 2027, bringing together two much-loved Highland organisations during a landmark year for the charity.
In 2027, Highland Hospice will celebrate 40 years of providing specialist care, support and advice to people across the Highlands living with terminal illness, approaching the end of life, and those experiencing bereavement.
While the official partnership is new for 2027, the relationship between Belladrum and Highland Hospice stretches back many years.
Belladrum has regularly donated festival tickets to the Hospice to support its fundraising activity, with Belladrum ticket donations helping to support more than £70,000 worth of fundraising for Highland Hospice in 2026 alone.
Now, as the Hospice enters its 40th anniversary year, both teams hope to build on that longstanding relationship.

We’re really looking forward to giving Highland Hospice an even bigger platform throughout the year and across the festival weekend itself.”
Highland Hospice has been caring for people and families across the region since 1987. Its approach places each individual, and the people important to them, at the heart of their care, helping to manage pain and other physical symptoms while also providing emotional, social and spiritual support.
The Hospice also provides bereavement support for people of all ages following the death of someone significant in their lives, offering a safe space for people to share their story, connect with others and access support through a range of therapeutic approaches.
As Belladrum’s official charity partner, Highland Hospice will be given a prominent platform throughout the 2027 festival campaign and across the festival weekend itself.
Festivalgoers will also be able to support the charity directly when purchasing their Belladrum tickets through an optional donation at checkout, alongside further fundraising and awareness activity planned throughout the year.

The official partnership builds on a longstanding relationship between Belladrum and Highland Hospice, with the festival supporting the charity through ticket donations and fundraising opportunities over a number of years. The connection between the two organisations can also be seen through the Hospice’s annual Ness Factor fundraiser, with the winner of the competition each year given a slot at the following years festival.
Supporting Highland charities and community organisations has long formed part of Belladrum’s ethos. Each year, the festival chooses an official charity partner to fundraise for, collaborate with and provide a platform to throughout the festival cycle, alongside supporting many more organisations through ticket donations, fundraising opportunities and charity spaces at the event.
Recent charity partners have included Cantraybridge College, Highland Action for Little Ones, the Elsie Normington Foundation and Mikeysline.
With Highland Hospice preparing to celebrate four decades of care in the Highlands, Belladrum hopes its audience will get behind the charity throughout 2027, celebrating the people who have shaped its first 40 years while helping to raise vital funds to support its work for years to come.
