The Royal Society in Westminster, London, has been announced as the official host for The Business of Events (TBOE) Senior Leadership dinner on the 25th October 2018.

The invitation-only Business of Events evening dinner will be attended by Michael Ellis MP, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS); James Heappey MP, Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Events; and other Members of Parliament and Government Officials, along with representatives from the official event partners.

Barbara Wutte, Head of Conference Services at The Royal Society, said: “We’re delighted to be the official host for this year’s Business of Events Senior Leadership dinner and are looking forward to welcoming some of Britain’s most senior representatives in the events industry to our venue.”

The Business of Events (TBOE) is a series of independent cross-sector events designed to engage, support and promote the UK event industry. Organised in association with VisitBritain, TBOE is also supported by the UK Events Industry Board and the All Party Parliamentary Group for the Events Industry. It will see senior professionals from across the UK join for a series of discussions and informative sessions, designed to engage, inform and support the UK events sector.

The official partners for this year’s event include: VisitScotland Business Events, Cvent, QEII Centre, IBTM, drp, Scottish Event Campus, The Royal Society, Visit Wales and the newly-created Aberdeen Convention & Events Bureau.
