The Meetings Show, the UK’s leading event for the meetings and incentives industry, has unveiled details of its revamped education programme for this year’s show, which takes place at ExCeL London on 28-29 June.

The new look line up will inform, inspire, and empower visitors to think differently, connect differently, plan differently, and live differently.

Created in partnership with experience design experts Samme Allen, CEO of conferenceemcees.com, and renowned consultant, author and previous keynote speaker at The Meetings Show, Claus Raasted, content is split across four brand new themes: Impact, Inform, Innovate, and Inspire.

Delivered by a range of expert speakers from across the industry, presentations, workshops and campfire sessions will explore subjects such as how event technology can supercharge engagement, unpacking the power of data, building event communities, how to make events sustainable, how charities can help you plan events with meaningful experiences, and more.

Audiences will leave the stages with knowledge they didn’t know they needed, innovation to do and be better, and new connections with people sharing the same challenges.

Confirmed speakers include Elinor Honigstein, Business Development, LinkedIn; Rich Davies, Live Experience Director, DRPG; Julien Bouvier, Director of Event Marketing, swapcard; Olivia Salvage, Creative Manager, Agiito; Nick Child, Head of Analytics, Meshh Ltd; Sarah Yeats, Managing Director, Sledge; and Andrew Allen, Founder, Coach, Creative in Communication.

The Education Programme will follow the Pre-Show Conference, which has also been reimagined for 2023. Open to hosted buyers, the half-day programme will take place on Tuesday 27 June and will bring senior agency, corporate and association event planners together to shape the future of the meetings, events and incentives industry.

This year’s show will also feature The Blank Canvas, a new space where visitors can experiment and try new things in a safe and supportive environment. From testing new technology to trying out new experiences, this is the perfect place to push your boundaries and unleash your creativity.

Jack Marczewski, portfolio event director of The Meetings Show, TEAMS Europe and Business Travel Show Europe, said: “As always, education will be at the heart of this year’s show. Our revamped education programme will give you everything you need to take your career to the next level. It has been designed specifically to inspire and inform, while encouraging attendees to innovate and connect with each other and with our expert speakers on a whole new level.”
