The National Outdoor Events Association (NOEA) has announced that the People’s Postcode Lottery will once again support its annual Convention & Awards. The brand joins a growing list of partners backing this year’s flagship celebration of the UK outdoor events industry, taking place 26th–27th November in Bath.
The addition of the People’s Postcode Lottery brings new energy and reach to an event already recognised as the voice of excellence in outdoor events. The brand will be sponsoring the Small Event of the Year Award category, recognising the best of the best amongst events with audience attendance of under 5,000.
Nicole Allan, Head of Events at People’s Postcode Lottery, commented, “Our players believe in the power of people coming together – whether that’s to win prizes or to raise money for the charities and good causes that make our communities stronger. The events team at People’s Postcode Lottery works year-round to bring joy and surprise to neighbourhoods across Great Britain, and we’re thrilled to sponsor an award that recognises the positive impact events can have in communities. It’s a perfect fit for us.”
With more than five million players and over £1.5 billion raised for charities and good causes since 2005, People’s Postcode Lottery is one of Britain’s most visible and successful fundraising platforms. Its distinctive approach to community and national celebration – from doorstop prize announcements to high-profile events like the premiere of the Sir David Attenborough documentary “Ocean” – is underpinned by an expert in-house events team.
This year’s NOEA Awards & Convention will once again be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bath and the iconic Roman Baths and Pump Rooms, bringing together event organisers, suppliers, and industry champions for two days of discussion, celebration, and recognition.
With returning sponsors including Wasserman, GL Events, ARC Racing & Leisure Group, Training 4 Resilience, NCASS, and Lacey’s Solicitors already confirmed, the addition of two new, mission-aligned organisations underlines the growing profile and significance of the NOEA Awards & Convention within the UK events landscape.
Entry into the 2025 NOEA Awards closes 30th September, please visit the NOEA website to nominate a partner, team member or company.
