The Vii-events platform is a 3D 360 graphical multi-award-winning internal and external meeting and events solution, which provides a complete engagement ecosystem experience for organisations adjusting to today’s hybrid and remote communities. The platform transports attendees into virtual 3D metaverse environments where unforgettable experiences are delivered and stories created.
- The platform has many uses from one-off use event to community engagement environments; which allowed registered delegates access on a regular basis to review content specified by the community team. Content can include: view on demand videos, a showroom of products relevant to your community, or an interactive communication and engagement tool – such as an event or showcase programme.
- The platform provides ‘off-the-peg’ virtual environments, or we can fully recreate a ‘virtual twin’ of company facilities and infrastructure, including 3D rendered versions of your office space, estate environments as well as virtual showrooms in which to showcase your products or services. Alternatively, a fully branded fantasy ‘make-believe’ land can be created as a back-drop for your virtual community, in order to enhance your product, brand or company profile.
- The Vii license allows event planners to conduct as many events within the environment as they want during the license period and we aim to train your team to be able to optimise their usage of it, so as to maximise your ROI. This training is tailored to your specific requirements and Catch the MICE can support and provide resource if required.
- As part of the license, you are provided with access to the analytics suite which is built into the back-end of the platform, so that client-reports can be tailored to your specific analytic needs.
- Community networking is really important and we currently provide delegates with intuitive options to meet, chat and video call in real time. In the coming months, we are adding the option to network through the use of roof-top avatars as an additional option for enhance client networking.
- Lead time for the Vii virtual event solution depends on the complexity of the design and brief. A lead time of 2 months+ is preferred, however this could be under 1 month if there was an urgent need and an ‘off the peg’ environment was opted for. Virtual environments can be built in stages, with elements coming on-line as and when required. The important thing to consider is the planning of desired functionality, as this tends to set the tone and the budget for the overall project.
