Key can also provide bespoke websites, allowing organisations to have all conference of meeting delegates book their accommodation requirements via one online booking tool. Key can offer preferential rates at hotels of client choice for all delegates which means the hotel spend can be significantly reduced compared to all attendees booking individually utilising various public platforms. There is a wealth of hotel information on our online booking site which will help delegates to make a decision on where they prefer to stay.
Key Reservations always advise our partners “knowing what you spend is the only way you can reduce your expenditure” In order to full capture expenditure and where savings are being made the Key Reservations Account Management Team provide full MI Reporting, highlighting areas such as Key repeat booked locations and spend per location, demonstrating savings on hotel and venue rates booked compared to public selling rates. Identify areas of volume where further reductions in expenditure can be made.
