Jump Ship Brewing
Jump Ship Brewing was born out of founder Sonja Mitchell’s love of beer and horror of hangovers. Frustrated by the lack of decent alcohol-free alternatives, she set off on a voyage of discover to brew her own. She launched Jump Ship in December 2019 with her flagship Yardarm Lager which went on to win Best in Style at the World Beer Awards 2021.
In 2024 we opened the doors of our purpose-built brewery in Midlothian. We have a core range of four beers – Lager, IPA, Pale Ale and Stout – as well as an expanding selection of seasonal and limited releases. Our Yardarm lager is now available on draught. All of our range is gluten-free and vegan. We brew as sustainably as possible, using 100% renewable energy, with spent grain going to feed farm animals.
Our beers are found in top Scottish venues including Michelin starred restaurants, the Gleaneagles Townhouse hotel and Johnnie Walker Princes Street.
