Holyrood Distillery

Located in a Historic Railway building dating from 1835, Holyrood distillery now houses both Gin and Whisky stills and offers the visitor an opportunity to explore the world of flavour of both spirits.

The Gin nosing room is situated on the top floor and is available for dinners or receptions for up to 60.  The tasting room next door has our Gin still as a unique feature and offers a lovely ambience for evening events.

On the floor below, the whisky distillery makes a unique venue for small events for up to 22, and our warehouse is ideal for the whisky enthusiast & can accommodate receptions for up to 60 or dinners for 30.

The whole building can accommodate up to 110 for receptions and the lovely courtyard outside, or the bar (offering panoramic views over Salisbury Crags) are options for pre-dinner drinks.
