As Assistant Events Manager, your role will include:
- Brief and organise the floor and bar team on their role/tasks at the beginning of each shift/event.
- Support the events manager in the smooth and effective service of large events and weddings.
- Organise and help set, reset and close down the events rooms.
- Provide efficient, professional and friendly customer service across all events.
- To run the operations for small events and services.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Have excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Be able to take direction but also work well independently and with minimal supervision from management.
- Great attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure calmly and methodically.
- Prior experience in banqueting events, corporate events and weddings.
