In November 2022, Fitwise Management Ltd were delighted to be awarded the Innovation and Resilience award by the West Lothian Chamber of Commerce.
Fitwise Management Ltd is a Professional Conference Organiser and Association Management Company based in Seafield, West Lothian, which faced significant business disruption due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As an employee-owned business, innovation is something which is core to their values, and the team of 26 always strive to improve the service they give to their clients.

Fitwise won the award for the innovative projects they have carried out for their clients, and for the business as a whole over the last few years. Including their new virtual events platform, adaptable to their clients’ needs and budget, borne out of necessity and innovation, this is a platform set to stay.
Another project staying in place is the Fitwise ‘Carbon Offset Your Event’ initiative, which allows their clients to be more sustainable with their events. Fitwise event Infection 360 held in September 2022 was the first event to go through this process.
With the help of a grant from West Lothian, Fitwise were also able to upgrade their IT infrastructure, which allows their team to work much more flexibly from the office and from home.
