EXPERIENCEit, the UK’s leading celebration of experiential events, has unveiled speakers and global brand exhibitors for its 2025 event which aims to celebrate the rise in a desire for experiential, collaborative, and immersive events.  

Keynote speakers will share their game-changing insights on aspects such as elevating creativity, harnessing sponsorship, and building meaningful audience connections.

  • Lucy Ducker, Associate Creative Director at Seen Presents, and a trailblazer in tech, 2D, and 3D design. Lucy’s extensive portfolio of campaign collaborations with globally renowned brands has left an indelible mark on iconic events such as Cannes Lions, CES, and SXSW. Her session is guaranteed to ignite fresh creative ideas and inspire innovation in event design.
  • Matthew Leopold, marketing guru and European Sponsorship Association Board Member will delve into the essentials of sponsorship, offering insights into selecting the right partners and how this critical element drives event success.
  • Catherine Warrilow, Founder of The Plot and renowned brand strategist, will share actionable insights on building authentic, meaningful audience relationships. Her talent for simplifying branding and weaving compelling narratives promises to leave attendees inspired and informed.

Over 45 exhibitors are taking part for the second day of the two-day event including global brands Oracle Red Bull Racing, Silverstone, and Eventene as well as major UK brands such as The QHotels Collection, Virgin Hotels Showcase Cinemas, LNER, and Avanti West Coast and Scottish independent suppliers showcasing the best in venues, catering, tech, sport, and entertainment and taking an interactive approach.

Sarah Hunt will be facilitating wellness sessions during the event. Sarah has 15 years of experience in corporate health and wellness and now focuses predominantly on designing wellness programmes for large events and conferences.

Sarah will help attendees discover how to improve wellness facilities at events and for their teams.

EXPERIENCEit is now in its second year after replacing the EVENTIT annual showcase in 2024.
