Dundee & Angus Convention Bureau has signed up for EventIt 2018. The organisation will become a ‘zonal partner’ at the show on March 22 next year in an exciting new concept to push Scotland’s regional MICE suppliers to UK, Scottish and overseas buyers.

Judith Wilson, Show Director, said: “We are delighted to welcome Dundee & Angus Convention Bureau into the fold. This a very exciting new concept for the show, which will help buyers navigate the Scottish market more easily. DACB will have a stand where they can showcase some of the best events businesses in the MICE sector for their area; it is a collaborative way of working tried and tested by all national and international events industry buying arenas.”

Karen Tocher, Business Tourism Manager at DACB, said: “Dundee & Angus Convention Bureau is delighted to support EventIt 2018. With the £1bn waterfront redevelopment – including the V&A Museum of Design, it is an exciting time to be in Dundee. Connections to the city have never been better, and will be significantly enhanced by a new railway station, making the links even better. EventIt is a great showcase for us as a destination area – both to make the events industry in Scotland and the wider UK aware of our business events offer. We’re looking forward to making our own personal connections with key industry players at next year’s show.”
