21CC Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil O’Halloran – formerly Managing Director of NL Productions – as its new Production Director. This marks a significant step in our strategic growth and commitment to delivering world-class event production.
Background & Achievements
Phil successfully led NL Productions through a management buyout, establishing it as a market leading specialist provider of lighting, sound, AV, staging, and rigging services across Scotland. His technical leadership was pivotal in high-profile projects such as the Enchanted Forest and the Halloween and Christmas installations at Edinburgh Zoo, where he managed complex visuals under strict logistical conditions. He also produced Monteviot Lights, the first-ever winter light trail in the Scottish Borders, blending creative lighting with immersive storytelling.
Role and Vision
In his new role, Phil will oversee all technical production operations at 21CC Group, unifying creative direction with technical delivery to ensure each event meets our exceptionally high standards of craftsmanship and innovation.
