Saltire Hospitality; a family owned Scottish catering and hospitality company, was founded by Managing Director, David Peters, in July 2000.  

In 2020, Saltire Hospitality will celebrate 20 years in business!  This anniversary is a huge achievement and one to be immensely proud of thanks to Saltire’s talented team of chefs and event professionals who have a wealth of experience and knowledge guaranteeing spectacular experiences and above all delicious food time and time again.

Working hand in hand with local suppliers, we are extremely dedicated to showcasing the very best of Scotland’s larder in all areas of our service delivery and it is these close working relationships that have enabled us to produce and provide tasty food over the last 20 years.  Our delicious food and outstanding hospitality has allowed Saltire to grow not only in size but in reputation, now working with some of Scotland’s most prestigious venues and clientele.

With a core team of 80+ full time employees, the Saltire team successfully deliver approximately 1000+ events annually.  These events vary in size, from as few as 2 guests to an event attracting over 200,000 guests.
