Glasgow Caledonian University is perfectly positioned in the centre of Glasgow and our one site campus is the ideal location for your next event or conference. Easily accessible from all transport links, with both train stations and bus station within easy walking distance, your delegates won’t be short of options on how to find their way to your event.

Whether your delegates are looking for hotels, restaurants or shops – Glasgow’s bustling city centre and famed ‘Style Mile’ is on our doorstep. Recently included in the top 10 of ‘Time Out’ magazine’s list of ‘Best Cities in the world’ there is plenty for them to do. Our diverse venue provides you with a range of event spaces including tiered lecture theatres; break out rooms and meeting spaces

In addition to these we can also offer banqueting space and flexible exhibition spaces as well as unique spaces like our stunning circular Lantern meeting room, roof garden and mock hospital.

We have capacities ranging from 10 to 500 so can accommodate a wide range of events as well as being able to provide the necessary catering areas for each event.

All of our rooms come with in-built AV facilities (Data Projector, PC/Laptop, Screen and Lectern as standard) with our larger spaces boasting PA systems and microphones where required. Free, high speed Wi-Fi is available across campus for delegates to easily access while on site.
