A. D. Rattray are an independent whisky company who have been selecting and maturing Scotland’s best casks of single malt whisky for over 150 years. Their own label whiskies are an exclusive selection of single cask whiskies, which can be labelled with your brand or personalised message.
The ever-changing selection of whiskies available offers a choice of flavours and styles, each with their own unique characteristics and from distilleries across Scotland. As is the nature of Single Cask whiskies, the bottles produced from one cask are limited, adding exclusivity to your whisky.
Their Private Label range, for orders of 12 or more bottles, includes your chosen text and logo on their label style or you can provide your own label design. Alternatively, the beautiful handwritten labels on their Personalised Whisky range has no minimum order, and is available in 3 bottle sizes. These whiskies are hand-filled straight from the cask at cask strength; the bottle is dipped in wax and completed with a handwritten label that includes your name or message.
The A. D. Rattray team also host whisky tastings within their own tasting room or at events venues across Ayrshire.
Their tasting room is located within A. D. Rattray’s Whisky Experience & Shop, a unique 5 star attraction in the beautifully renovated old village school in Kirkoswald. A special setting for a guided tasting of Scotland’s finest whiskies, you sit around an antique table and discover more about the heritage of Scotch as you learn to nose and taste some beautiful drams. Featuring many limited edition whiskies, you get a distinctive experience every time and their bespoke tasting menu allows you to create the event that suits your guests.
The full venue is available on an exclusive use basis for up to 40 guests or their tasting hosts can bring the experience to you. They work with local venues to set up larger group tastings in dramatic settings such as Culzean Castle, Burns Cottage, Glenapp Castle and Turnberry. Imagine enjoying a dram in the cottage where Robert Burns was born, or beautiful G&Ts on the terrace at Turnberry overlooking Ailsa Craig. This can work as part of a drinks reception or as an event in its own right.
